Established a forecasting model for professional services revenue and profit that was recognized as consistently delivering the most accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts of all Industry Sector National Practices. · Reduced expenses by 20% as IBM endured its first significant down cycle of professional services revenue after Y2K, ensuring profitability in a challenging revenue growth environment.

P&L responsibility for the Southwest Region, delivering IT Professional Servicesfor clients in all industries in an eight state region. Assumed responsibility onJuly 1, 1997 for a $100M P&L. · Grew the revenue from $167M to over $230M in three years, consistently exceeding business objectives for revenue, profit and client satisfaction. · Doubled technical and consulting resources from 195 to 398 in the same three year time frame.

Responsible for $20M P&L, managing IBM's professional services business inMissouri, Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico with offices in Kansas City andDenver. Also responsible for leading the business processes for businessdevelopment, opportunity management, quality assurance and capacity planningof resources. · Grew revenue from $20M to $50M in two years. · Consistently exceeded business objectives for revenue, profit and client satisfaction.
