Commencing with Delaware North in 2008, my role oversaw and directed the growth in existing and new business opportunities for the sports and entertainment venues, airport and rail hubs and the acquisition of a hotel and resort portfolio. The ensuring three years saw significant growth across the business, securing over a billion dollars of revenue.With a strategic commitment for growth outside of our traditional business channels, I was appointed Managing Director of Delaware North in 2010 and spearheaded a five year strategic growth cycle that saw expansions into Asia and the commencement of full service food and beverage, accommodation and facilities management in to the remote mining industry within Australia. Within the existing portfolio – we retained our role as the exclusive hospitality partner at Melbourne & Olympic Parks (a partnership held since 1987), expanded footprints at all major capital city airports and added to our venue portfolio with Singapore Sports Hub, Sydney Cricket Ground and Domain Stadium.Working with the Senior Leadership Team – we drive the company’s strategic plan and analyse and assess business development and financial investment strategies, and directing the allocation of resources required to achieve projected growth.Committee Member - Visitor Economy Ministerial Advisory Committee
