• Working with the Divisional Director to create a model to deliver a 6% sales growth on 20 million of sales through 12 Business Development Managers.• Developed & implemented a Sales reporting system, to establish a standard sales process.• Enhance Value Added packages to lock customers into a long term partnership.• Train and sustain a BSi Motor Code into the companies crown jewel account (Unipart Car Care Centre).• Link with Marketing to generate 200k of incremental sales per month through bespoke promotional activity.• Organise and host customer events and host celebrity guests.• Create Sales Recovery or Investment plans for board approval.

Achievement and setting of budgets for owned and Third Party (Franchise Dealers) operations, full P&L accountability. Deliver sales growth through improved business relationships with Third Party Network, key customers, National accounts through a team of managers (Sales manager/ Business Development Manager, Proposition manager). Staff welfare and development, Implementing, driving and taking ownership of the company strategy/ objectives. Operating 25 owned branches and 9 Third party sites across South Wales/ M4/M5 corridor, managing an annual projected sales turnover of 31 million to achieve a 5% ROS.Achievements:• Implemented Synergies between owned and third party networks to improve market share.• Improved cost to sale ratios by controlling variable cost functions, • Improved cash flow through reduction of inventory and control of Debtors (Top performing region within the company).• Achieved a 18% sales growth Year on Year in a declining market.• 2004 P & L improvement versus 2003 exceeded 800k.• 1.2 million (9%) sales growth through 14 locations in a declining market place.
