Gary Bryan has been involved in Criminal Defence work for 22 years. As a criminal legal clerk he was Accredited by the Law Society to provide advice and assistance to persons detained at police stations regarding the full range of offences that come before the Criminal courts. Whilst leading the preparation of the defence regarding serious drug trafficking charges, fraud and murder charges he studied law part time to obtain a 2:1 Law degree with honours and pass the solicitor exams to become a qualified solicitor and trial advocate himself in 2005.He now regularly attends court as trial advocate obtaining acquittals at trial and discontinuances before trial.He also takes a particular interest in motoring law; having studied the complicated rules and regulations relating to traffic signs, speed enforcement devices and the inner workings of the breathyliser machines.His experience preparing cases for trial combined with his continued success as a trial advocate make him an excellent person to have on your side if you find yourself facing an allegation.
