I am lead IQA, Centre Co-Ordinator for ECITB, drawing down Levy RDG and Grant funding logistics and helping and reviewing the training packages we receive for our Technicians, Higher Education, Management & Professional Personnel, Craft Trades, Upskilling Improvers and Apprentices ensuring all HIgher Education, Further Education or CPD training needs are achieved with great success for each individual on the learning pathway.

Delivering multi trade Advanced Apprentice pathways for Structural, Welding, Pipefitting and Mechanical Engineering with awarding bodies such ECITB, EAL and designing and delivering full cost employer responsive bespoke courses for various high end clients. I was based at the TATA now British Steel Training Centre. Also, ECITB Centre Co Ordinator, Lead IV & IQA along A1 assessing candidates on Diplomas, NVQ's and ACE. card routes. Liaising with external bodies to ensure smooth and quality audit requirements were met for EV's- EQA's.

A months work experience from school that was extended from two weeks to a month and I was paid to produce by means of Fabrication: Pipe Supports, Handrails, Hooped Ladders, Staircases, Gantry platform, Security Doors, Tubular & Angle Handrails and Staircase for Hull Prison and some 2" to 6" schedule 40 Low Carbon Steel Pipework which was TIG root welded, Hot Passed and capped with 100% Gamma Ray Weld Tested. All of the above were medium sized fabrications and for various clients throughout the region and various quality QA standards in line with MOD specifications and client criteria.
