Plan, organize and provide training for Investigators and Managers of the Pesticide Management Division of the WSDA. This includes annual all staff meetings, field training on a wide variety of topics and program specific training that qualifies toward the renewal of Federal EPA Credentials. Provide training, support and testing for the Kelly Registration Database used to document all inspections and investigations.Provide quality assurance that helps to ensure the consistency of inspections and investigations of field staff and managers. Track and help to maintain inventory of field and sampling supplies in all offices for PMD WSDA.

Manage two regional offices and six fulltime Agricultural Chemical Specialists (Investigators). I am responsible for conducting investigations into possible misuse of pesticides, conducting EPA inspections on chemical manufacturers, dealers, and applicators and providing technical assistance to all the above. My area of responsibility includes all of Central Washington. Other responsibilities include; training new investigators, conducting annual evaluations, write monthly narratives and review budgets. I also coordinate activities with two other area managers to provide public service to the entire state of Washington
