Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant and oversee all levels of staff activity and performance. Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance through put in order to increase company performance. Ensure procedures are followed at all times. Provide training and mentoring of staff as necessary.

Successful implementation and transition to AS9100D throughout the organization to allow for continued growth. Ensure that the QMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained. Providing a management role in the company and guidance of Sr. Staff to assure adherence to assigned procedures and to audit those process owners for compliance. Promote customer requirements throughout the organization by analyzing internal and external audit findings and to oversee the preparation, acceptance and closure of findings. Inform employees of management system changes, concepts, processes and needs.

Oversee daily operations of the business to meet business needs across the organization in order to develop standards and procedures for business operations. Develop business plan and strategies to meet operational requirements. As far as defineing business operating and financial objectives. Responsible for supervising Manufacturing/Engineering and Estimating functions coordinating production plans, and researching new procedures and products that they can be utilized in leaning down or improving product outcome.
