I was first licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1980. My wife and I had our real estate business in Charleston and then in Myrtle Beach, SC. I was also a real estate investor in Myrtle Beach until I retired from real estate in 2013. My wife is still active in residential and commercial real estate.
