An interdisciplinary group at Stanford focused on the treatment of neurological and neuropsychological disorders. I do research with the LiCoRICE platform for real time signal processing and contribute as a software developer to the open source project for the Omni Summit Server. I have: ● Implemented stimulation commands for the Omni Summit Server● Built a demo using LiCoRICE and the Omni Sumit Server to run closed loop DBS● Presented a closed looped DBS demonstration for Neuroscience graduate students and faculty

We work with patients who have Parkinson's Disease and have issues with their gait. We implant them with neurostimulators and design experiments to measure their brain activity during certain tasks. We use this information to decide how to stimulate their brain and mitigate their symptoms. I work as the data scientist for the group. I have: ● Created Python scripts to automatically generate datasets from our Box drive● Refactored our shared MATLAB scripts to streamline our data analysis● Designed a new methodology for storing data automatically after each patient visit
