Responsible for ensuring all works were Constructed and Inspected in accordance with Company Procedures, National & International Codes of Practice.Review and Approval of Subcontractor Quality Plans, Welding Procedures and Welder Qualifications.Interpretation and Approval of Radiographs for both Fabrication and Site Maintenance Activities.Witness and Acceptance of Hydrostatic Pressure Tests on Piping Systems, Hot Taps and Equipment Items.Carried out User Inspectorate Inspector duties on PED Categorised Piping / Equipment Systems.Verification and Approval of all Certification / Documentation for Final Handover to the Production Unit / Plant Inspection Engineer.Carry out Audits of Pipework and Equipment to Verify Compliance with Flawless Start Up Concept.

Ensured all Sites and Fabrication Shops complied with the Company Quality Control Procedures and that all QC Staff were suitably qualified and trained.Liaised with both Clients and Inspection Authorities to establish and verify all Project Quality Requirements.Review of Tenders for QA/QC content and technical input.Preparation of annual schedule for Auditing of QC Procedures throughout the Company.
