Worked as a Product Manager for the Microsoft Sentinel product. Acted as a liaison between the customers and product team to make sure that any issues customers had were resolved. Presented webinars and assisted with others. Worked with partners and the community at large to ensure their feedback was recorded and brought to the product team.

Contract. Responsible for all aspects of Microsoft’s Cloud Environment (known as Azure) for DCRI including Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS). Works with various groups to migrate existing InfoPath/SharePoint based forms to more modern standards using Angular2, HTML5 and Azure SQLs. Designed environments to move SharePoint 2010/2013 into Azure. Created reports using PowerBI and PowerBI Embedded. Created basis for DevOps approach towards software development projects.

Responsible for all aspects of SharePoint deployment including pre-sales, architecting, and implementing solutions. Also responsible for numerous contracts working with Azure including moving a large pharmaceutical company from their on premise data center into Azure as well as redesigning their existing software to effectively use Azure PaaS and Azure SQL. Mentored other resources in Azure and SharePoint as well as working to develop learning plan for Azure. Performed performance analysis with large storage company which resulted in over 1000% performance improvement and worked with them to move application into Azure while implementing DevOps practices utilizing Visual Studio Team Services Online. Taught classes on Azure PaaS and Azure overview. Developed and taught internal class on Azure Service Fabric.

Responsible for all aspects of SharePoint for internal and external clients. Developed installation process that enables 20% time savings. Developed new templates for customer installations for on premise, O365, and Azure. Provided pre-sales support by both performing demonstrations and answering general questions. Mentored junior staff on SharePoint 2013 and Azure as well as day to day management. Worked with customers on their development projects for both on premise and O365. Developed Azure programs utilizing PaaS technologies with SQL (Azure SQL and on premise). Developed governance template to send to customers to customize for their use. Configured numerous SharePoint 2013 online tenants, on premise, and Azure implementations for clients. Worked with various customers to understand and implement Project Web App (Project Server Online) as well as PowerBI.

Maintained existing SharePoint code, developed new SharePoint code, and was Subject Matter expert in the conversion to Office365. Interacted with various clients to determine best use of SharePoint for their department. Developed mentoring plan to enable existing developers to learn to program on SharePoint 2013. Created and administered development environments, was primary administrator for the test environment, was backup production administrator for existing farm, and primary administrator for Office365 test environment.

Provided architectural and development services to various clients including a Fortune 100 financial firm.

Provided architectural and development services around SharePoint 2010 to Duke Clinical Research Institute. Responsible for directing other SharePoint developer. Created and administered development and test environments and was backup production administrator.

Provided architectural, admin, development services around SharePoint 2010 to a Fortune 500 insurance company. Provided guidance around Best Practices when converting from Lotus Notes to SharePoint 2010. Worked with client to develop Information Assurance and Guidance documents. Responsible for 10 direct and between 50-100 indirect developers during the contract.

Provided architectural and development services around SharePoint 2010 to a medical software vendor. Provided Best Practice training and analysis on current software package. Instructed team on SharePoint 2010. Provided architectural assistance to customer’s existing client base on SharePoint 2010. Worked on developing solutions around Business Connectivity Services including setting up systems, designing UI to interact with systems and using external lists within SharePoint. Worked to incorporate SharePoint’s search engine with external data including modifying the look and feel of the results presented in order to better distinguish external data.

Provided architectural, admin, and development services around SharePoint 2010 and FAST to a Fortune 100 company. Developed new web parts to provide customized search experience using C#, AJAX, and JQuery. Provided technical guidance around search and architectural issues. Created site definition template to deploy said web parts with modified look and feel

Provided guidance on SharePoint 2007 and 2010 implementations including upgrade paths. Part of team developing guidelines regarding migration of data from legacy systems to a large Financial firm

Provided MOSS development support to customers including both technical and user interface support. Developed survey system based on social paradigm using C#, JQuery, and Ajax. Provided support to numerous Microsoft technology related applications

Designed and developed system to provide user interface to various search engines utilizing C# and AJAX. Provided guidance to other team members as needed and training on new AJAX technologies. Primary customer contact for development and installation questions. Lead bi-weekly meetings with customer to discuss progress and any issues. Provided on-site installation, technical support, and training to various customers. Developed basis for demonstrations for the next-generation of server products for Microsoft Corporation. Created interface between Microsoft Customer Relationship Manager and internal search application. Modified SharePoint’s user interface to match client’s site branding.

Provided MOSS and InfoPath development support at Army Material Command, Ft Belvoir, VA. Developed InfoPath and SQL Server 2005 based Continuity Book which is a repository of all duties and tasks that the personnel perform to do their jobs. Developed web parts and site definitions as needed.Lead SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) at Moffit Cancer Center, Tampa FL. Performed detailed guidance into SharePoint's features and functionality. Performed analysis of existing infrastructure and provided guidance as to how to best modify the infrastructure going forward. Provided infrastructure analysis and general SharePoint troubleshooting to Southern Company, Atlanta, GA. Performed detailed analysis of existing infrastructure as it pertains to their SharePoint installation and provided guidance on going forward. Performed general issue troubleshooting and resolution.Performed remote debugging and analysis of SharePoint installation to Surgical Outcome Support. Determined potentially significant architectural issues with current installation.

Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) are recognized, credible, and accessible individuals with expertise in one or more Microsoft® products who actively participate in online and offline communities to share their knowledge and expertise with other Microsoft customers. Customers want an enriched pool of knowledge and real-life experience to tap for advice and feedback. MVPs are helping to satisfy this need by independently enabling customers in both online and offline technical communities. Customer feedback is vital to product development and R&D. The MVPs represent an important part of this feedback loop by providing another link for Microsoft to listen to the customer.
