Financial leadership within the organization including financial statement preparation, monthly performance reporting, banking and audit relationships, strategic planning and forecasting as well as leading the A/P, A/R, Collections, Payroll, and Human Resources areas.

Lead financial manager reporting directly to the President. Develop, analyze, and present monthly financial statements. Responsible for the full cycle accounting process including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Manage banking relationship, coordinate preparation of annual plan and mid-year updates, and lead the audit process. Management of the human resources functions including recruiting, hiring, problem resolution, and disciplinary actions. Oversee general administration including building maintenance and repair.

Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and the overall management of the entire accounting area including accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing. Prepare annual plan and monthly forecast data for three separate business units. Develop, prepare and present monthly operational performance data for three operating divisions. Prepare and present ad hoc reporting and data analysis.

Interface with external accountant, insurance and bonding agents and banking relationships. Manage staff of up to nine accounting and office personnel.
