As of January 2024, I've closed 53 transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, refinances) with a combined value of over $746 million.

A few of my recent roles and experiences include:- Managing our portfolio of 30+ properties and optimizing performance through tenant interaction, strategic CapEx projects, and working with our PM and Leasing teams to keep the properties humming along- Investor Relations: Led our adoption of an online investment management software and Investor Portal to streamline reporting, communication, and eventually fundraising- Sales and Refinances: Working directly with the Principals to determine which assets to hold and which to consider strategically selling or refinancing early. And then executing, from marketing to negotiating contracts, through due diligence and closing.- Acquisitions: I get involved once we're under contract to lead the due diligence and closing.As of August 2023, I've closed on 49 transactions with a combined value of over $690 million.

Acquisitions of Medical Office Buildings

Experiences and responsibilities include:- Asset management (property cashflow analyses, working with property management team to optimize our asset performance, etc.)- Write monthly asset reports to send to our investors. Our constant and transparent communication with our investors is one of the things that sets us apart- Acquisition underwriting- Due diligence through deal closing, managing the whole process

I am very excited to be analyzing Medical Office Buildings for acquisition. I read Offering Memorandums, research markets, analyze office leases, build pro formas, and work with the awesome team at Woodside to find great deals for our investors.To put the deal together; I draft LOIs and PSAs, obtain debt quotes, advise the Principals, put together investor presentations, and think creatively.

I tutored Finance and Construction Management students to teach them key financial principles and equations, real estate investment principles, and how to use a financial calculator and Excel effectively.

I researched and analyzed commercial sales, listing, and leasing data. I managed and grew our comparables database to be one of the largest in the state of Utah. My work was used in the valuation of commercial real estate in Utah County.

I researched federal banking regulations in order to assess consumer protection compliance.I examined different banks' policies, products, and procedures to determine bank compliance ratings.

I worked with the Managing Director of Research to find high growth markets for Class B multi-family properties.

I performed underwriting on more than $90 million worth of multi-family real estate. I analyzed value-add opportunities, financing options, and tax implications.
