Led campaigns to restore the Medicare Savings Program and save the state’s Meals on Wheels program for senior citizens. • Persuasively presented legislation to eliminate the state tax on pensions and social security. Wrote and passed legislation making malicious acts toward pets a federal offense, situating mandatory imprisonment.• Founded the Small Business Advisory Board.
