In January 2019 I became the VT Editor for Ireland AM - Ireland's longest running television magazine show. My responsibilities as part of this team include editing pre-recorded reports on various social and political issues, light hearted features and high profile celebrity interviews. During this time my role has grown to encompass the creation of graphical elements such as stings, endboards and animations which often run at the beginning and end of featured segments. I also co-produce a weekly 90 minute "Best-Of" episode of Ireland AM, featuring a compilation of the strongest content from throughout the week.

In 2018 I joined the production team of the weekend edition of Virgin Media Ireland's flagship breakfast magazine show, Ireland AM. While working on this show I was responsible for all VT output on each episode including features such as Bloomsday, The Young Scientists Exhibit, MMA training in addition to editing high profile celebrity interviews and quick turnaround news material.

As an Avid Craft Editor with TV3/Virgin Media News I have received a wealth of experience in editing for live television, documentaires and promotional material, having worked on each of TV3's daily flagship news and current affairs programs including News at 5.30, Tonight with Vincent Browne, Xposé, The Six O'Clock show and Midday. During this time, I was also the sole editor on a number of diverse documentary specials for the channel. Some of the topics of these specials include coverage of the Oscar Pistorius Trial, The Royal Wedding, The Ebola Crisis, and a biographical special on the beloved Irish author Maeve Binchy.As well as this, I have had extensive experience editing News packages at the Oireachtas Broadcasting facility located at Ireland's houses of Parliament in Dublin City.

During my time at 4fm I gained a wealth of experience in Live Radio Broadcast techniques, and executed a number of key technical roles utilising many different types of audio equipment and software. I was the desk operator for the Sunday Morning Discussion Show, Davis on 4, presented by Derek Davis. I also had a significant amount of experience using the electronic scheduling software RCS Master Control, and regularly edited material using the audio editing software Cool Edit Pro.

During this time period I was entrusted with the task of training Transition Year Students from a number of schools in the fundamentals of radio production. This training included (but was not limited to) aspects such as scheduling, management, presenting, desk operation and pro tools audio editing. Each of the three schools that I worked with were trained to such a degree that they all successfully aired their own radio station brand, featuring all of their own original content, for a day each between March and April 2009.
