Working as the Lead Engineer on Bergmann`s largest project to date – managing a team of related professionals and ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget Working as a Service Engineer, one of only three, responsible for Bergmann`s waste compaction equipment across the UK; servicing all Hydraulics, Mechanical and Electrical equipment/operationsEffectively liaising with multiple clients to ensure their operations are as efficient and safe as possible; planning visits, completing inspections, analysing findings and providing detailed reports and key adviceEnsuring safety within the workplace by providing a comprehensive, all areas service, encompassing; advising on relevant safety legislation and relating this to specific processes and equipment - undertaking detailed risk assessments and providing guidance to ensure client’s sites meet regulatory standards and contractual obligationsSuccessfully completing multiple Installation/Commissioning works; travelling to customer`s site and installing machine/equipment – managing teams of professionals, before providing full training to ensure safety and complianceCarrying out all pre commissioning checks of equipment and both commissioning the equipment and providing training as requiredSuccessfully communicating at all levels of business, influencing decisions and maintaining effective working relationships at all times - Providing adept technical examinations on a wide range of plant/engineering equipment; identifying defects and deterioration by utilising extensive personal/professional knowledge of both the equipment and current safety regulations, standards and legislationEffectively working alone and as part of a team to provide expert Servicing and Reactive breakdown repair work: This has involved managing teams as well as mentoring junior workers, improving their ability and ensuring exemplary standards have been maintained at all times
