I am a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) who believes in and loves Jesus Christ!I have an extensive finance experience (almost 30 years) in various industries namely green energy storage, Gas and Oil, automotive, food, telecom and external audit and now with LARES, an IT company who handles govt contracts. I have experience in fund raising through equity infusion, notes convertible, stock warrants, bank loans and company setup apart from the full facets of financial management, accounting, treasury, financial planning, management information, risk management, ERP setup, shareholder management and Ethics and Compliance Program. I also covered other areas of the business such as contract management, people management, project management. external stakeholder management (eg LGU, PEZA, BIR)I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), took most of my Continuous Professional Education (training) from Asian Institute of Management (AIM) specific to Strategic Finance, a Graduate Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). Lastly, I am an undergraduate student of DLSU for its MBA Program with few units left including thesis to complete the program..Three things that I love doing outside work: 1.
