• Manage all project/program activities in North America for SGRE Aftermarket customers.• Lead, and collaborate with all stakeholders throughout all stages of the aftermarket major/minor component change-outs/direct drive installations, blade repair and upgrades as well as oversight of specialized technicians including gearbox, generator and Craneless solutions.• Commercial responsibility for successful on-site operations, overseeing the cost savings program, driving continuous process improvements, and holding overall responsibility for on-site performance.

• Create and execute strategies to engage customers to build a pipeline of potential projects.• Identify customers and applications that are an attractive fit for Wind Energy.• Lead efforts with cross-functional teams to develop compelling offers for key customers.• Develop synergies with OOEM and OEM to capitalize on business opportunities, developing and cultivating long-term relationships.• Establish a network of crane service providers to improve service capabilities for Wind Energy customers.• Optimize costs and drive efficiencies for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and our end-users.

• Manage all project/program activities, expectations, for both Siemens and aftermarket customers for Wind Farms in Canada with safety as a number one priority.• Lead, support and advise all stakeholders throughout all stages of the major component change-outs/direct drive installations and power curve upgrades.• Commercial responsibility for successful on-site operations, overseeing the cost savings program, driving continuous process improvements, and holding overall responsibility for on-site performance.• Development and professional growth of employees though relevant hiring, ongoing training and mentoring.• Coordination and direction of field service teams and subcontractors.• Management of wind project functions, tools and systems to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.• Planning and scheduling of resources to optimize performance and meet financial objectives.• Development of annual budgets to ensure project deliverables.• Establishment of appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.

* Design and implemented gas turbine final assembly transfer to the new facility.* Develop safety and quality packages to be used during and after start-up.* Work with contractors in the US from start to finish overseeing the building of the new facility* Technical advisor for newly hired managers and supervisors.* Develop new employee training and development of work instructions ensuring lean manufacturingtechniques and processes would be applied at the operation.* Consult on all aspects of the equipment setup including the implementation of ergonomic improvements.

* Manage assembly, subassembly, rotor shop, repair shop, diaphragm program and shipping departmentconsisting of approx. 60 employees.* Implement continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and standard work related to assembly utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies.* Lead and positively contribute to departmental safety and quality expectations.* Plan, organize and execute daily/weekly and monthly schedules.* Specialized knowledge of electrical/mechanical components associated with the assembly of gas turbines.* Manage employee relations within the scope of the collective agreement* Assist in formulating departmental budgets and manage budgets accordingly for subassembly, assembly and diaphragm program.
