Managing the MSE energy & utilities team. Role involved strategic planning, content editing and optimisation, developing our energy, mobile and broadband comparison tools, and representing MSE as a key spokesperson on radio and TV on a regular basis.In addition, role included responsibility for editing the weekly email newsletter that goes out to 8 million users each week, working closely with the site's founder and chair, Martin Lewis. I was also responsible for the end-to-end CRM campaign strategy for MSE's Cheap Energy Club, which has 1m+ members. I also led a working group made up of energy suppliers, consumer groups and charities, working on initiatives to help consumers through the energy crisis.
