Develop FAT and ACTP Protocol

Design Lead, Process Automation, and Validation- Generated Delta-V Design Specification for Process side including Base Build, Batch Procedures, and Recipes for Nutram manufacturing system, a vitamin additive for Baby Formula. Wrote the Validation Qualification Scripts for Installed System Hardware. Wrote Validation Process Qualification Scripts for the Code on the CIP side of this new Mead Johnson Nutritionals process. This was first validated process on this site, allowing our team to bring the customer experience they required.

Talecris Biopharmaceuticals Alpha1 MP Expansion / Automation project (Delta-V 7.3) Provided Technical support during PQ Validation activities. Analyzed Testing Failures and provided tester training, script correction or code modifications within the change control procedure.

Fix Team and Design Lead - Bulk Humalog - Eli Lilly & Co. Developed software Design Specification from customer's Requirements using Delta-V Platform for 13 Process Cells. Directed programming resources to implement coding and debugging. Edited validation test scripts and implementation procedures. Relocated to Site in Puerto Rico as Fix Team Lead during PQ and commissioning. Worked closely with Emerson's Local Representative to Direct Validation support team and activities.

Rohm & Haas, Bristol - Coordinated project team with plant operations. Team varied depending on the projects being implemented. Generally there was an electrical engineer, chemical engineer, and process engineer along with mechanical and electrical designers, and construction crews. Examples of Impact Projects: Commercialization of Inkjet Ink Manufacturing using Delta-V ($10MM/yr) Scale-up of synthetic thicksotropic thickener using Delta-V ($3MM/yr)Designed and built solvent tank farm (environmental) using Delta-VRe-designed and built high pressure processing system (safety) Completed numerous safety, environmental and productivity improvement projects (~$1MM/yr Capital Justification and Spending)

Commercialized modular continuous emulsion manufacture. Managed 12 engineers and eight (8) support staff in US and Canada. Managed plant maintenance resulting in major safety and productivity gains.

Developed rigid shelled packaging and production. Completed various safety and environmental improvement projects. Assisted with preparation for sale of commercial explosives.
