I am currently responsible for the sales, marketing and ongoing support of Comtest Technologies Comms division products, namely the -AFL global Fibre test and Inspect solutions -Microsemi Timing and Synchronisation products for the Comtest business.Developing new business relationships- Negotiate sales conditions, prices and delivery times- Marketing services with regard to advertising and promotion of products- Search for new markets- Define the general sales conditions and make quotations- Monitoring sales using CRM - Measure the degree of customer satisfaction- Technical-economic and psychological evaluation to investigate the real needs of customers- Back office support- Pre and post-sales advice
