Project Manager, Site Acquisition Manager23 years of senior level work experience as a Site Acquisition Manager including Leasing, Zoning, Project Management, and Construction Management along with entitlement needs for projects with all the major carriers. Managed complete life cycle of site acquisition activities for all major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Experience includes national and regional system launch builds; infill and expansion projects including; new site builds, MOD’s; broadband; fiber network right of ways; emergency services; MW backbone and Small Cells. The SAQ work being performed in most cases are turnkey with his forte emphasis is on coordinating the individual components to complete the site in the shortest amount of time possible. His overall expertise also includes managing site acquisition vendors to confirm the most conservative dates for each performance milestone along with overseeing all projects to their completion. The individual functions include; confirming the Constructability of the sites (looking for time and cost waste), Landlord negotiations (deal parameters- contractual guidelines), meeting with Jurisdictions and Zoning Commissioners which includes going to Zoning Meetings, along with submitting for and completing BP/RTI’s. His moto is “Time is of the essence.” He would then close out the performance milestone remuneration of each site to their expected end.
