Responsible for ensuring the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency within the Live Events & Entertainment market segment by developing business and market strategies to drive growth and profitability, engage and motivate employees, provide sales & operational leadership, all while maintaining an elite level of customer experience satisfaction.OPERATIONSReview Profit and Loss Report (Proforma) and adjust strategy as needed to improve National Profit Center operations while increasing EBITA fall through for Cost Center.Develop national organizational structure that is capable of efficiently meeting customer needs and achieving growth and revenue objectives.Work with key leadership (PCMs/DMs/RMs/RVPs/Fleet Managers/Directors) as to the execution of programs and provide direction of modification in accordance with changes in business conditions and the company goals. BUSINESS ACUMENStrategically design and implement operational and sales-driven excellence to deliver business results.Develop and implement strategic plans, consistent with and appropriate to the accomplishment of long range established objectives. SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICEGrow and maintain new and existing customers within the entertainment industry.Negotiate, bid, and secure Sunbelt award for all event RFP/RFQs through a competitive bidding process; revenue opportunities ranging from $100,000 - $2,000,000 per event.Travel to event job sites nationwide to ensure customer satisfaction while also collecting AR and asking for new business opportunities for Sunbelt. LEADERSHIPDevelop and Coach direct reports in the creation and implementation of their plans to build leadership pipeline of the Live Events & Entertainment division.Implement a coordinated enterprise engagement strategy for nationwide consistency & buy-in across all Sunbelt verticals.

Also known as 911 operators or dispatchers, 911 call takers are responsible for taking phone calls from the public requesting emergency assistance. These dispatchers screen the calls and dispatch the appropriate emergency personnel, including police, fire and emergency medical providers. The duties of 911 dispatchers also include monitoring the location of all emergency service providers and directing the closest personnel to the site of the emergency.
