- Interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for various positions/fields- Conducting interviews with candidates through phone / video call / face-to-face.- Achieve monthly individual sales target & KPI - Sourcing and screening suitable candidates through various methods such as job sites to fill open positions.- Managing candidate expectations, providing advice to candidates and preparing them for interviews with hiring companies- MVP of Malaysia Branch (June 2023)
