- my main role involves liaising with stakeholders from the Special Needs Trust Company (SNTC) and IT department (Govt Tech) to call a tender for the development of an IT system for SNTC.- as part of project management, was part of the agile team to facilitate discussion with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the project/system. - my other scope of work involves liaising with IT and SNTC staff to upgrade SNTC’s IT backend infrastructure and end points for better security posture to align with whole of government security guidelines. - also part of the team to coordinate monthly user account reviews and security audit for the SNTC website.

- Project manage the IT infrastructure of the Bus Arrival Timing (ETA) system to ensure no downtime. - Acting as the IT operations manager to manage vendors for timely rectifications of server and network issues. - Worked with IT security team and vendors to address potential vulnerability.- Responsible for the system integration of the Bus Arrival Timing system with an Asset Management system to keep track of assets installed in the buses. - Provided technical support for the calling of a tender for a Body Worn camera for Lta enforcement officers.- Also part of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to spear head the EA for internal IT department.
