  As an Area Developer for Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, my role is two-fold.My first focus is on coaching and mentoring our current franchisees to help them grow their business and their profitability. Helping franchisees increase brand value, grow market share, and develop their own talent. I work with franchisees to help them implement our unique state-of-the-art operational systems and operational plans that benefit existing and new customers. I also helping franchisees develop goals, sound sales and market growth strategies and to implement operational techniques.My second role is working with entrepreneurs who are looking for a profitable business opportunity to see if Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is a potential fit for them and their short and long term goals.
