Supply Chain Director Of Americas
CurrentThe main responsibilities are to Lead operations of SEE/Fagerdala Americas to achieve the corporate strategy goal by managing, participating and coaching key staffs in this region, which will satisfy customer, employer, employee and related parties. Details as below: 1. To participate in discussion on strategy plan and push to achieve the finance goal • 2. To manage GM, OM and other key staff on how to establish, maintain and improve operation system. • Establish system and best practices in process, models, tools and knowledge by evaluating, defining, and standardizing• Develop training materials and deliver demonstrations and training sessions on standard operation system • Train GM/OM/key staff on the operation system to deliver on time at lowest cost and highest quality • To make sure Procedures, SOP, 5s, TPM and safety activities are executed properly • Push sourcing raw material suppliers at low cost, timely delivery, good service and high quality • To make sure operation running in lean mode and keep up with continuous improvement • Provide first-line trouble shooting and internal consultation support • Coach Planning team to setup up and utilize planning system to prepare reasonable resource and make full use them to deliver on time • Manage all activities in Americas area to follow Fagerala values/culture 3. To cultivate human resource and improve internal process to support business growth, and expansion in new geographical areas • Cultivate learning and growth culture to keep up with continual improvement and development on product/process/material • Work out career road map together with subordinates to realize Win-Win between employer and employee • Assist in "start-up" environment including involving setup, providing project guidelines, standards, templates, and mentoring• Keep eyes on market trends and know the latest situation of competitors. And implement their best practices in Fagerdala Operation
