Managed six professionals responsible for training publications, course development, technical documentation reviews, alternative media production, seminar development, instructor-lead training, and training operations for a training department of up to twenty-seven. Managed a multifaceted team from engineering, technical publications, and training to develop customer fault isolation and recovery procedures. The document was validated and delivered 30 days ahead of schedule in support of the Salt Lake City 2002 Winter Olympics. Developed and implemented a Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS was used extensively to reduce training support costs by 40% and highlight successful training events.

Formed multifunctional groups between technical publications and training. Instituted tasked-based documentation, procedure validation/verification, and information sharing. Directed resources that developed and verified software installation procedures within an accelerated 30-day schedule. The procedures were used to successfully commission wireless telephone systems and train personnel in North America, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Russia.
