Set the strategic sales and marketing vision for the company’s core product line of low-voltage, industrial motors through the distribution channels and lead a team of area sales managers responsible for all products and sales channels in the US market.

Create, implement and drive marketing strategies and action plans to meet or exceed company goals and objectives, including sales, pricing, profitability and product portfolio management for the Industrial Distribution and OEM market segments

Manage a region consisting of the western 13 states including OEM and Distributor business segments for both Emerson and US Motors brands. Primary responsibilities include providing leadership for a team of 10 salespeople, creating and implementing growth plans, budget management, and communicate regional plans and progress to corporate.

Manage distribution sales programs in the U.S. Primary responsibilities included strategic planning, creation and implementation of channel strategies and long term commercial planning for distribution market segments.

Responsible for servicing existing distributor accounts, OEM accounts and developing new accounts throughout Northern California and Nevada.
