Lead Metrology Engineering and Calibration responsibilities in the Primary Electrical and Temperature Standards area. Additional worked with NIST Boulder, Co to develop an AC Josephson Junction array two phased Intrinsic Voltage Standard (still operational today)--a Quantum Based Voltage Standard. With accuracies and precision in the few nanovolt range. Also developed unique Test and Measurement Equipment for validating Hall Effect Magnetometers using a 4 Tesla Research magnet. The design was used for the US Superconducting Super Collider (SCSC--Big Hole In The Ground in Texas) program and on the LHC In France/Switzerland.
