• Responsible for shaping the Small Business Broker programme of work, spanning 12 areas of the Travelers business with a combined budget of £5.5m over five years with the aim of doubling the Gross Written Premium (GWP) of the current Small Business book through the deployment of multiple products in-line with the Small Business eTrade strategy whilst designing and implementing a target operating model (TOM) to support increased flow volumes• Implemented the governance framework and associated Terms of Reference (ToR) for the programme which consists of the weekly Programme Board, monthly Product Steering Committee and the quarterly Small Business Steering Committee• Responsible for driving the programme through to the successful completion of the Planning Phase (June 2018 – December 2018) culminating in the production of the Business Case with Cost/Benefit Analysis (CBA), Programme Plan and Programme Brief, allowing the programme to move into Delivery from 1st Jan 2019 as approved by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

• Deployment Project Manager & Business Analyst within Infrastructure Services in the Chief Information Office (CIO)• In regular liaison with the business to plan and schedule the deployment of the new Windows 7 virtual environment to each individual business area in accordance with a T-Minus Plan, carefully taking into account various dependencies to ensure a successful roll-out• Working as part of a wider team of 16 on a Win7 roll-out (incorporating Office365/Outlook 2010, Internet Explorer 9 and Citrix XenApp 6.5 technology) affecting 12,000 employees in the UK as the business continues to divest from RBS Group• Gathering requirements relating to the use of applications by participating in workshops, as well as conducting interviews with relevant business Stakeholders

• Business Analyst & UAT Lead in Infrastructure Services within the Chief Information Office (CIO)• Working as part of a wider team of 16 on a Win7 roll-out (incorporating Office365/Outlook 2010, Internet Explorer 9 and Citrix XenApp 6.5 technology) affecting 12,000 employees in the UK as the business continues to divest from RBS Group• Coordinating the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of applications for five major areas of the business (representing over 6,000 users within the Chief Customer Office (CCO), Chief Information Office (CIO), Risk, Finance and Marketing)• Log all issues found during the testing of applications and discuss in bi-weekly defect meeting involving all interested parties (third party packaging partner and the technical analysis team) to formulate resolution plans• Provide regular updates to Senior Stakeholders from the above business areas with regards to UAT for their business area • Gathering requirements relating to the use of applications by participating in workshops, as well as conducting interviews with relevant business Stakeholders• Conducting desktop application audits in order to create a profile of applications used per person and provide this information to the application packaging team• Compiling Process Flow Diagrams to represent the business analysis team interaction with the business• Producing Swim Lane Diagrams to represent the roles and responsibilities through the end-to-end process involving all actors in the testing phase
