While envisioning and implementing a new Donor Moves Management program, Gary Coiro was responsible for all donor cultivation [foundations, major gifts, events] for Arrow in the Maryland / Pennsylvania region, seeing a 250% increase in donor revenue in the first year. Arrow Child & Family Ministries serves neglected and abused children in the Treatment Foster Care system, seeking to provide both a safe and therapeutic environment via Foster Care, Academic, and Residential Programs.

Gary Coiro directed the faith-based Community Development Organization in Baltimore. Gary Coiro's umbrella of leadership also included a private day school Baltimore Christian School.

As Director of Institutional Advancement, Gary Coiro had oversight of Development, Marketing, Communications, and Admissions at the growing classical private school in San Diego, CA.

Gary Coiro served as a resident assistant, supervising men in a dorm setting during his time in college. Coiro also earned ITCA Scholar Athlete recognition as a tennis captain and NAIA nationally ranked singles and doubles player.
