Mr. Gary R. Coles is MV’s Chief Customer Success Officer. Gary joined MV in December of 2007, as a VP of business development in the Central region. When MV consolidated under an East/West structure, Gary’s territory expanded to the entire Eastern region. Throughout his career, Gary has demonstrated clear strength in customer relationship management from both an operations and sales perspective. He is adept in managing expectations and delivering on his promises – core attributes of a sales lead, (currently, manages a team of Vice Presidents). Over the past year, Gary has played an integral role in key contract wins including those in Jacksonville, FL; Fairfax, VA; Richmond, VA; Baton Rouge, LA; Ontario, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, Austin, and Houston, TX; Las Vegas and Reno, NV. Prior to joining MV, Gary served as a general manager for Veolia Transportation’s contract for the CONNECTOR service in Fairfax County. He also managed Eastern Canada and Northeast operations in the US and was responsible for more than $300 million in revenue while serving as a regional manager at Greyhound
