As a member of Executive Leadership team I ensure that all departments have the resources in place to efficiently and effectively perform their duties. I constantly review and evaluate business procedures and demands ranging from office expenses to real estate assets. Duties  Oversight of the following departments- Production, Facilities, Warehouse, Engineering, IT, Project Management, Purchasing and Design. Ensure company budgets are maintained and expenses meet projections. Serve on the Executive Leadership team to help set the strategic goals of the company. Ensure all departments are producing a quality product or service that is on time and profitable.
