I was hired last March 2014 and currently working in the company. My responsibilities were as follows: directly reporting to QA manager; supervises, monitors and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting and testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products to ensure that only products conforming to specification are supplied to clients; develops, monitors and coordinates corrective actions with production lead and perform documentations such as revision and creations of documents.

- As a document controller, I am in-charged in maintaining, updating and safekeeping of all documents owned by the company that are being used for ISO/HACCP system implementation and accreditation.Conducts internal audits from each department within the company such as the production, warehouse and EMD and external audits on outside departments such as the Marketing and the Purchasing departments. Audit will include the department’s compliance to ISO system requirements.- Act as substitute in the absence of QA-in-Charge. Among the major tasks will include the handling of customer complaints, supplier’s audits and internal/external communications with other departments and other administrative tasks. Also handles all QA In-line controllers and specialist, monitor their duties and review and assess their performances. Directly reports to QA manager.
