Gary Constable started his career as a young man working his first set of jobs in the construction and international shipping business. He worked his way up from a loader on the dock to supervisor level. A few years later, he decided to move his family to California where he ventured into many fields of work to support his family and get an education for himself by working 4 to 5 jobs. From retail at 99 cents store to manufacturing at Kragen Auto Manufacture to banking at Bank of America to warehousing at TSU staffing agency with the dream of starting his own business someday.But due to some challenges with his family he had to move back to New York. Here he got into the retail coffee business and started out as a barista worker and eventually moved roles to the position of district Manager in two different coffee companies, Timothy World Coffee and New York Coffee Station. While working there he met the General Manager of one of the Marriott Hotels in Times Square who offered him a job in the hospitality industry starting out as a busboy. Being a hard worker he climbed up the ladder from busboy to Manager in two different hotels. Gary's heart was set on his own business so he started Access Financial Corp in 2001 and then expanded his business portfolio into a supermarket O’Neill supermarket which was established in 2010. His years of experience in Food and Retail immense industry has given him the knowledge and management skills to lead this company to success with a focus of thinking big open to innovation and new possibilities. Finally he started 24 Energy Drink my goal is to bring his ancestors energy drink to market which is now a beautiful reality. His biggest driving force behind the startup is honoring and making his mother proud and the people of Jamaica. Being the CEO of this great company we welcome the world to take a big sip of Jamaican spirit and what all that energy is about and say this; this is “Irie” (which means very good drink man).
