I am now enjoying my retirement from full time employment, alongside consultancy roles with Rutherfords LLP and Realty Law Limited.After a long career with major accountancy firms, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, I switched focus in 2004 and began a new career working principally with law firms.I spent 14 years as Finance Director for a long-established firm in Tamworth (Rutherfords) before my retirement in October 2021. I am now working with Rutherfords as a consultant.I was also Finance Director of Emms Gilmore Liberson (EGL) in Birmingham, where I worked with the firm from its inception in 2011 until its acquisition by Knights plc in October 2019. I spent 12 months working for Knights plc on the integration of EGL and on various other projects.I previously spent 9 years in the independent schools sector as Finance Director at Priory School, Edgbaston, where I continue to do some occasional consulting work.Specialities: Strategic and Financial Planning; Cash Flow Management.
