Reviewed the existing approach to Salesforce, project delivery and Architecture within the IT Organisation across UK and US. From this recommended and created an investment proposal and programme plan with skeleton architecture for a global transformation programme. Key to the approach was allowing the business to continue to deliver on short term benefits whilst implementing a large scale transformation programme. The proposed approach looked at people. processes and technology to design a solution that unlocked efficiency, provided a scalable platform for growth and flexibility to change.

Instrumental in defining the strategy and creating the technology roadmap. Implemented the latest tech housed on AWS to deliver a cutting edge SAAS product underpinned by a slick operation powered by a newly designed and implemented lightning instance of Salesforce Service and Sales cloud with Pardot.
