In 1983 he joined the nations largest search firm specializing in placing sales and marketing people in the electrical/electronic industry. Gary consistently ranked in the top 30 of over 3,000 search specialists. In 1989 he opened and managed a new office for them, which became one of the most successful start-ups in their history. In 1990, he was promoted to GM of one of the company’s largest offices, with 25+ search specialists. During his tenure with this company, he hired and trained many specialists, and received numerous awards for excellence.In 1993 Gary started GCI & Associates, Inc. He belongs to the Georgia Association of Personnel Services, National Personnel Association and TE, AEE and TMA.He is involved in many community activities, and is the Coordinator for CH.A.D.D. Gary has conducted numerous seminars with regard to the search and placement process. He is a CTM in Toastmasters.Gary holds a Bachelors degree in Physics and Mathematics from Wesleyan and did graduate work in Particle and Nuclear Physics, at the Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute in New York. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps, undergoing flight training, in Pensacola Florida.
