My interest in treating ofofacial pain all started after I studied one year with Dr Terry Tanaca at the University Hospital in San Diago that was in 1988. since then in 1990 I joined the Cranio Mandibular Group. and been studying every since. USC UCLA and university of AZ college of medicine along with membership in the American Academy of Orofacial Pain are just some study areas. About 11 years while attending a Osa sleep course I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. So my studies of osa include 8 years with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and I am board certified with American Sleep and Breathing Academy and recently attended the Mastery program with the AADSM .Also I was noticing that many of my TMD patients also had sleep problems. In the last 10 years I now have 3 tmd/sleep practices Phoenix Chandler and Chandor..Most recently I've joined the preeminent TMD doctor Allen Bernstein which I am so fortunate to associate with. Between both of us we are in Network with every medical insurance programs.
