Healthcare is changing and its provision is slowly adapting. Primary care needs to leverage advances in a complimentary, holistic model, using digital platforms and vertical integration, to provide quality driven, patient centered, connected healthcare.Strategizing and aiming beyond the horizon has always excited me, but it takes more than faith in an idea to achieve big goals. It takes an experienced group of professionals that not only have belief in the mission, but also have the expertise to execute it. I realized that no matter how ambitious and driven I was, I could not accomplish my goals on my own, and for this reason, I have surrounded myself with those with experience and knowledge. I am a principal founder at InfiniteMe. We are an Irish venture, consolidating sectors of the healthcare industry, primarily general medical practices. We are currently targeting the acquisition of existing GP Practices and Medical Centers with a goal to significantly improve the model of care provided and access to care. At InfiniteMe, we are transforming the provision of healthcare for patients in communities by integrating a holistic, collaborative & innovative model of care, and combining it with the existing model of GP care.It is time to look at the current systems and forge a path that aligns the interest of all stakeholders properly & responsibly managing the spectrum of care & achieving significantly greater or more desirable outcomes, which our team absolutely believe is not as elusive as the current landscape may suggest.
