I am Lead Officer for Young People, Anti Social Behaviour, Hate Crime, Cuckooing and street sex workers In West Northamptonshire Council and as such have a supervisory role of our Anti Social Behaviour Case Managers.I chair two HASBAGS, the Op Uncanny street sex workers case management meeting & joint chair the Cuckooing case management meeting. Previously interim Community Safety Manager at SNC.My responsibilities are to lead with the Councils response to all areas for Community Safety and to liaise with Colleagues from Police and other partner agencies to reduce ASB, Hate crime and cuckooing, and to tackle street sex work whilst trying to safeguard those involved. I am also responsible for promoting early intervention with young people to divert them away from ASB, and work with the Community development team to achieve those goals. I am a qualified MARAC chair.I still hold responsibility for Emergency Planning around Silverstone Events. My role is primarily being the Authorities Silver Commander in the multi agency Command structure that delivers the British F1 Grand Prix & Moto GP and to enhance relationships with Silverstone Circuits and the surrounding businesses involved in the motorsport events at the circuit. I Chair the contingencies sub group.I was recently a team leader for the ARAP scheme, resettling Aghans who have served or have been associated with British Forces and Embassy during the war in Afghanistan.I am currently an Honorary base Commander at RAF Croughton with the Lt Col of 422d Civil Engineer Squadron USAF.I previously worked in Private Sector Housing for 13 years, and before that in Environmental Health.My Private Sector Housing post mainly involved resolving disputes between Landlords and tenants, applying the Housing Act 2004 and the Protection form Eviction Act 1997 where appropriate and I also administered the Authorities Grants Systems and managed the budget for one of them.I was also until recently a response Officer for Northamptonshire Police as a SC, and was prior to that a Justice of the Peace on the Northampton Bench.However when I win the lottery I will be buying my own post historic Rally team :-)
