After gaining invaluable business experience through various key positions held within the industrial, engineering and recruitment sectors as a Sales Executive, Account Manger and Senior Recruitment Consultant I planned to form Bluebell Recruitment Services Ltd. At the beginning of April 2004 Bluebell was up and running supplying construction staff to local companies in the South Wales area and quickly expanded in to other industries such as the provision of temporary workers to the Quarrying and Mining Sectors along with HGV/LGV lorry drivers to all sectors. Qualifications have also assisted me in making vital business choices. During 2007 I went back to university to study Business Law where I gained my Master's degree. I am now more confident in addressing legal issues that relate to the company and can sometimes pre-empt situations which previously would have surpassed my capabilities.I now plan to expand the company into other areas with assistance and support of my excellent management team Adam Croxall, Megan Eatly and Beca Bowen.
