Training121 is a supplemental football/soccer training company.Training121 was founded in July 2018 by myself and two of my best friends. Since it's birth and foundation, Training121 has gone from specifically being 1-to-1 training sessions with a player and coach to a wide range of self development options through the sport for all ages and levels.My main roles and responsibilities:- Session Planning and in particular, block planning sessions for regular clients to maximise player benefits from 1-to-1 training.- Implementation of on-pitch training sessions (1-to-1, small group workshops, etc.)- Development of a Coaching Model based on current research- Keeping up to date with relevant research in sports coaching research field- Post production of content to go out on various social media channels- Website Maintenance.What Training121 offers to customers:- Private 1-on-1 coaching: These sessions are position specific and are tailored to the needs of the player. - Workshops: These are skill specific training session which include the following topics so far: Shooting/finishing, defending, passing & receiving, technical, SAQ and ball mastery.- Small group sessions: These can be formed by players themselves or by Training121.
