Provide valuable cross-functional, on site customer quality management pertaining to escalations, disruptions and day to day quality issues at the customers plant. Support new product/vehicle launch activities, changes to current product, etc. Utilize test equipment when available for customer issues. Enter key data into Continental Quality Tracking System as required and follow up with Continental manufacturing sites as needed. Support customer part warranty returns asneeded. Provide support pertaining to quality issues of all Continental supplied componenets that may arise at Volvo Cars US new assembly plant in Ridgeville, SC and Mercedes Benz Vans, LLC located in Ladson, SC.
