After earning his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University in 2010, Gary gained a wealth of experience in the real estate industry through his role at Moschouris Management & Development. Gary's responsibilities have encompassed all aspects of the development life cycle, including site selection, acquisition, lending, financial modeling, leasing, entitlements, and dispositions. In addition, he has self-taught himself Python coding and obtained a certificate in Data Science in Real Estate from MIT to further enhance his professional skills.
