I lead the culinary operations with creativity, quality, and safety, and I hold multiple food safety certifications from Shangri-La Group and ISO 22000.Involve in designing and executing menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and sustainability. I manage a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, and I collaborate with other chefs, suppliers, and customers to learn from different cultures and cuisines.
