I have over 25 years of project management experience across multiple sectors, including Aerospace, Financial Services, and Pharmaceutical industries. Part of my past experience was the Team Lead for a major international financial institution where I was responsible for project management in the Americas. In this position I interfaced across a broad platform, working with data center design, trading floor build outs, major building restacks, reservation centers and various other aspects of project management.I have experience in managing tenant build-outs, project planning, budget preparation, and overall project execution and am currently finishing a build to suit, ground up construction project of over 90,000 sf in Columbia, Maryland, for an international provider of construction specialty chemicals and materials. I have a diverse experience working with multi-cultural teams from around the world with many industrial facilities and types. My past experience required I have a Series 7 and 63 financial license which I carried for many years. I feel this gave me a great understanding of the financial world and use the skills everyday to ensure budget integrity and reporting relationships through the business community are sound.
