-first four years spent time as an assembly packer. Setup the packing machine.as all parts are assemble they go in a box that's then sealed by a glue gun which is adjusted by the packer.-Spent eight years as a roll forming operator. Job requirements were to setup or adjust roll formers and maintain the machinery. As an operator you must be able to run the machine and check your part and make sure it's up to spec.-Spent six years as a commercial fabricator. Learned how to setup punch presses(manually fed and automatic fed) and how to setup press brakes and adjust them also.-I returned to the residential side of baseboard when mestek acquired Slant/Fin where i learn how to setup three new baseboard products
