EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN My journey as a highly experienced Foreman first started with my passion for improving structures. After completing my apprentice program as a Carpenter, I took on many more roles and worked on major projects such as construction for 2 sections of the Channel tunnel rail link with West Country Formwork . I have now progressed into more senior roles taking on major projects including successfully completing a £76M project to construct all civils for new energy from waste plant in Kemsley Kent with Clugston. I operate with high-level health and safety standards with success including projects in busy locations with the general public and motorways. I can deliver exceptional supervisory, site inspection and quality projects for clients that expect the best. Highlights of my achievements and experience and skills: Successfully completed a £76M project to construct all civils for new energy from waste plant in Kemsley Kent – Clugston  Promote a positive Health and Safety culture as well as liaise with H&S Executive, Local Authorities, External auditors, Fire authority and other environmental organisations. Completion of a new gyratory system on the M20 in Ashford consisting of two motorway bridges two footbridges and two culverts over a stream – Taylor Woodrow  supervisor on numerous RC Frames.  Developed consistent management along project timelines, in order to establish standards of service, project cost, and consistent deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion. Contribution to the success of construction projects; adhering to project scopes, goals, and achieving consistently high levels of client satisfaction.
